* April 28. Perth police seize bulletproof vests as part of raids on the Gypsy Jokers gang.

* May. Violent clashes in Gladstone in Queensland between members of the Rebels and Black
Uhlan gangs.

* July 13. Police use a bulldozer to raid the Melbourne headquarters of the Hell's Angels
gang as part of a murder probe.

* July 15. Huge explosion demolishes the unoccupied HQ of the Rebels bikie gang in
Adelaide.

* August 2. Second shooting incident in two days in Adelaide is linked to a dispute between
rival gangs.

* August 4. South Australian police announce crackdown on gang-related attacks.

* August 4. Member of the Comancheros bikie gang is murdered and his body dumped outside a
Sydney home.

* August 6. Fire destroys a Rebels bikie gang clubhouse in western Sydney.

* August 8. Bomb attack on Bandidos bike club in Geelong.
